We are delighted to read the story of our Chef Cook Ha Nguyen in the booklet “DIVERSITY: Stories of a Hackney Generation” published on 31st October by Connect Hackney.

In this interview, Ha recalls her 26 years in Hackney, Vietnam and how she came to the UK.
