Lunges in Leggings – Indoor Bootcamp with Matt
The goal of the workouts is to be fun, friendly, and to give you an excellent workout. As a certified level 2 fitness instructor, Matt will help you get into shape by doing high-intensity-interval-training (HIIT). HIIT training is designed to be both fat burning and muscle building, giving you that toned, lean look, which is perfect for summer.
If you haven’t been before, you’re in for a treat! Strength, cardio, and flexibility all packed into an hour class through games, partner exercises, circuits, and more.
Leggings are recommended but not required. Everyone looks better in lycra.
