Rewind to 1950s Hong Kong for a night of mahjong, music and food. Channel your inner Maggie Cheung & Tony Leung whilst playing all night.
Presented by Four Winds Mahjong Club
About
In 20’s Shanghai, musicians combined a mix of Chinese folk, American jazz and Hollywood film music for a new age of modern nightlife. That vibe exploded and carried its way to Hong Kong through the 1950s so whether you are emulating 20s Shanghai, 50s Hong Kong or 60s Bangkok come to In the Mood for Mahjong for a night of mahjong, music and food, all to raise money for our generous hosts, Centre 151.
Channel your inner Maggie Cheung and Tony Leung and come join us as we play mahjong through the night over two rounds. One ticket will give you access to the whole night, as well as one meal from ESEA caterers and one ticket to enter our raffle! With music and food from ESEA caterers and a chance to win raffle prizes from ESEA businesses.
Music all night from DJs Mui Zyu and Tiff Lai, and food generously provided to us from Hainan House!
