Join us every Monday 6.30-7.30pm for one hour of fun and exercise!

• Delene gained her dance degree from The Northern School of Contemporary Dance. Delene has experience in delivering a range of dance styles from Contemporary to Jazz, African, Salsa and social club styles, she is also a qualified Zumba instructor and massage therapist.
• She enjoys the variety of settings and opportunities that teaching dance provides.
