Exercise & Line Dance Class

Centre 151 invite all to join our Exercise & Line Dancing Dance classes on Wednesday and Saturday to exercise together. Classes take place from 10:30 to 12:00 and are followed by our Phở Club for those who wish to stay longer. Our classes are a great way to exercise whilst meeting new people and learning new skills.

Our Exercise class borrows elements to Tai Chi, Qigong and other martial art forms practiced for both their defense training and health benefits.
Here are some of the skills you will acquire during this class:
Improving co-ordination, balance, suppleness and skill.
Balance, fall prevention and improving in self-confidence.
Developing increased energy.
Reducing stress and anxiety.

Line Dance is a choreographed dance in which the group dance along to a repeating sequence of steps while arranged in one or more lines or rows. Our classes teach the basics of Line Dance whilst focusing on the physical aspect of the dance form to ensure the body stays active.
