Tai Chi & Ballroom Dance Class
Centre 151 invite all to join our Tai Chi & Ballroom Dance classes on Wednesday and Saturday to exercise together. Classes take place from 10:30 to 12:00 and are followed by our Phở Club for those who wish to stay longer. Our classes are a great way to exercise whilst meeting new people and learning new skills.
Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits.
Here are some of the skills you will acquire during this class:
Improving co-ordination, balance, suppleness and skill.
Balance, fall prevention and improving in self-confidence.
Developing increased energy.
Reducing stress and anxiety.
Ballroom Dance is a set of European partner dances. Our classes teach the basics of Ballroom Dance whilst focusing on the physical aspect of the dance form to ensure the body stays active.
